It started today. No hunger, in fact stomach is feeling a little queasy. I will have a small diet meal tonight of regular food. I will then see if that awakes the raging beast in me. I do not know if I can distract myself all night. This will be a good test of my resolve to start a new lifestyle. Of course quess what arrived in the mail today. My DS and DDIL went to Maui and sent me nut bread and cookies from Hana. What is this! Sabotage this soon. LOL. They are both very slim. I am sure they didn't realize I couldn't have them. It was so thoughtful of them to think of us while there. They certainly know what I like best! My DH will love the cookies and I will have to find a friend to give the bread. I am not strong enough yet to have it in my house. I love bread more than sweets. So it goes...
