Not AGAIN!

So, I locked my keys in my car tonight after the Art Guild Monthly Meeting.  At least I did not leave it running this time.  My 'Honey Do' to the rescue as always, no complaints, just a click on the key fob from his truck the off to seek his bed again.  I cannot blame it on senility unless it begins in the 20s.  'Honey Do' calls it "walking around with my head in the clouds."  I kinda like that description as there are worse places to be.

I have an Etsy Shop!

I did not know what I was going to do with the produce of all my creative passions since retirement. Now I think they may have found a home. You can create a shop on Etsy and sell all your handmade items. Whew! My guy was wondering just how many hats and scarves I could wear. I am just getting started. I am officially retired through early retirement by the State of Missouri on April 1, 2009. Woo Hoo! Finally a small retirement check to help in these economic stressed times. My family, immediate and extended, have been affected by the economic situation like most Americans with cut work hours and less income. I look forward to better days.

I have been starving. I do not have my first fill until the 10th and today has been a really bad day. Some days I am able to handle it, but today was not one of them. I am trying to stick to proteins when I want something extra as that seems to satisfy me the most. With restriction from the fill do you continue to get this hungry? I feel so discouraged today. 4 Days and Counting

Me... -1972

I love this blog site. I have spent all afternoon transferring my previous entries from another web site. I think it has a lot of versatility and is very user friendly. I am now 4 days away from my new life transformation. Yeah! I will be thin once again. It is strange because in my mind's eye, I do not view myself as a heavy person. I think it must have something to do with whether you were heavy as a child or not. This weight game is more psychological than physiological I believe. My son and family left today to go to St. Louis to visit his brother and wife. They will return to Atlanta on Friday. I enjoyed their visit and it certainly helped to take my mind off of the upcoming surgery. I do not enjoy the full liquid pre-op diet! No, No, never did, never will. My love affair with food is too passionate to ever replace it with a watered-down liquid! I believe, even after banding, I will love my 1/2 cup of food, as long as it is well-prepared and real!
